The Hill Restaurant & Bar has just opened two months ago and I passed by the place coincidentally. The place looks nice and it is a little bit up of a hill, so I decided to have a hang out session with my friends. This place is so happening that you have to do reservation because if you don’t, there are no seats for you.
There are two and half floors for you to hang around. The ground one is the open air dining section. You can have your drinks and foods with your groups of buddies with fresh air. However, it will be little bit warm if the weather is hot.
Further up of a floor is the cocktail style standing bar with music. You can just hang around and chit chats with your friends with cheers and toasts around. Another half floor up is the dining place with air-con and some smooth jazz music. Yeah! This is what I want, I like it. On that day, there’s a couple having the bachelor night gathering there.
All sort of drinks are available especially those mixed hard liquor with some funny equipment which we can’t name it. The pink elephant is the mixture of liquor taste little bit like Sangria was filled with a jug something looks like the plant watering jug in pink.
The watermelon stash is quite popular drinks in The Hill. I’ve tasted it. It is quite obvious the drink is with watermelon and liquor. Not sure if you like it but you should try and some other drinks with weird names.
Food is more on fine dining course and it taste okay, pricing is quite reasonable as well.
