Bibimbap + Sliced Pork - JNJ Dragon Seoul

If you don't know what's famous in Korea to eat, Bibimbap is one of it. The Bibimbap is the rice in the ishinabe top up with about 4-5 different veggies such as bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber and seaweeds (differentce subject to restaunrant's recipe).

As usual, Korean meal are always filled up with small plates appetizer with Kimchi and Seaweed is the must on the table. Fell free to asked for refill for these small plates with no additional charge. Almost every restaurants we went are prepared with a small gas stove on the table to cook our meal on the spot.

So we start up to boil up all the veggies as picture below, follow by dipping the sliced pork as your wish. Just for little while and it's ready to serve with your bibimbap.
