Portuguese Egg Tart - Lord Stow's Bakery

If you are a food lover, I'm sure you won't miss the famous Portuguese Egg Tart when you visiting Macau. The origin of this recipe is from Andrew Stow - a British that came to Macau at the year of 1979. He has started bakery business at Macau with the western baked breads. This Portuguese Egg Tart just started at the year of 1990. You see it took how long to invent a good quality food that became so famous until today.

In 80's, he was the only famous British during that time, hence, the Portuguese called him Lord Stow. Here's how this famous egg tart was the first established at Macau and it's still here today for us to taste it.

Why is it so famous? The egg tart is really crunchy and crispy that is so mamamia....!!! I always think writing can't really tell how a taste like or maybe I'm not good in describing. Try it out yourself will be the best and ever experience for it.

This is the street of the shop if you don't know how to go. But I wonder will have anyone in Macau don't know about this.
Fresh baked from oven. Phew!!! Delicious.....

I'm sure you can have a relaxing high tea at the back of the shop with some coffee. Sadly, I don't have such time...Coming for next round....
